1. REFUSAL OF CONTRACT AND REPLACEMENT

Returns and refunds are not accepted for MAKTEH Diamond Back!!!

(1) Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In order to exercise its right under this clause, the User must notify unequivocally " MAKTEH.COM " for its decision to withdraw from the contract, such as individualize the goods he wishes to return by providing all the details for the order and delivery made, including but not limited to: content and value of the order, details of the person who made the order, details of the person who accepted the delivery, date of the order,clear picture of the defect .

In accordance with the provisions of Art. 55 of the CPA, the user is obliged to store the goods received, their quality and safety until their return to www.makteh.com  in the form in which they were received.

The user is obliged to return the goods at his own expense, together with the cashier

note and invoice by handing it to “MAKTEH.COM” or authorized by the last person within 30 days of the date on which the User exercised his / her right to withdrawal from the contract.

On return, the product must be in its original packaging, with no traces of use or disturbing the commercial appearance (eg torn packaging, cellophane, removed labels, missing parts, etc.) and be accompanied by all accompanying documents – receipt and / or invoice, warranty card, directions for use, and more.

" MAKTEH.COM " has the right to defer the refund until the receipt of the goods back or until proof is provided that the goods have been shipped conversely, depending on which of the two events occurred earlier.

In the event that the User fails to fulfill his obligation under paragraph 5 without notice

" MAKTEH.COM " for the delay and without providing a valid reason for doing so, that he has withdrawn his statement of withdrawal of the contract. When in connection with performance of the contract  "MAKTEH.COM " has incurred expenses User renounces the contract, " MAKTEH.COM " is entitled to withhold the relevant amount for the costs incurred or to claim their payment.

(1) The consumer shall not have the right to withdraw from the contract in case the object of the contract is:

1. for the supply of goods made to the consumer or according to his or her own individual requirements
2. for delivery of sealed goods that have been printed and / or tested after delivery and can not be returned for reasons of hygiene or protection health.

" MAKTEH.COM " refunds to the User the price paid for the returned goods.

The shipping costs of returning the goods from the customer to www.makteh.com are at the expense of the customer, as his or her right to choose whether to bring it personally to the store's office or to have it

Where the goods received by a consumer do not conform to the characteristics set out in the online store page, the cost of returning the goods is at the expense of consumer.

In this case the client must send the goods back to us, by postal mail, indicating the recipient “MAKROGROUP TECHNOLOGY OOD”, a subcontractor and address : Ruse 7016, 8 Krastec Str., Ent. B (2), fl. 4, office 7.

Returned to us shipments with cash on delivery or delivery charge will not be accepted!

"MAKTEH.COM" refunds in full the user - paid amount of returned goods not later than 30 days from the date on which the consumer has exercised the right of withdrawal under Art. 55 of the CPA.
